As the exclusive dealer for Morari in North America, we can repair your Morari Aggregate in Rockford, Illinois.  A typical repair includes disassembly, bearing replacement / upgrade, and a run test.  If gears or shafts require replacement, we can accommodate that as well.  After re-assembly, the unit is typically run tested for 3-5 hours, depending upon availability of a spindle motor with the proper tool fitting.

  1. Lead-time: 1-2 Week average for multi-spindle heads, including tear down, inspection, quotation, and repair.  3-5 days for right angle heads.
  2. USA repair: We repair the unit in Rockford, Illinois.  It is not shipped overseas, as is often the case for various machines.
  3. Parts repair: Where possible, we will save money by repairing spindles and gear spindles.
