Deluxe Model 2RH Model 2 Gallon Rectangular Tank
This unit features:
- Air and coolant connections are completely housed within the removable lid for easy cleaning and filling.
- 2 gallon tank, 10" x 6" x 8", made of heavy gage corosion resistant steel with epoxy paint exterior.
- Site glass on the side.
- Mounting bracket included.
- 4 foot air / coolant poly coolant tubing lines encased in stainless braided hose.
- Options include 12 inch Loc-Line Positioner with mounting foot (LP Units), or round 60# magnetic base(MP Units).
- 3 inch stainless steel mist generating nozzle as standard.
- 4 foot air/coolant line encased in braided metal wire from unit. Lead to Loc-Line in MP or LP styles - extra lengths available.
How our proprietary design works
The compressed air passing through the valve body and to the nozzle tip creates a vacuum in the liquid line which draws coolant from the tank. (Our tank is not pressurized.) The coolant is instantly vaporized and forms a conical mist pattern. At the same time, the compressed air expands absorbing heat surrounding the tool and work piece. The result is a cooling effect as well as lubrication.
