Ekstrom-Carlson manufactures carbide and high speed steel router bits and end mills utilizing state of the art 8 axis CNC grinders and inspection equipment to offer better quality cutting tools at better prices.   We stock standard tools to our catalog and we can make custom tools to meet customer needs.  Carbide router bits and high speed steel router bits for use as cnc router bits and woodworking router bits are kept in stock.   We offer many sizes including 1/8" router bits, 1/4" router bits, 3/8" router bits, 1/2" router bits, larger or smaller.   We can offer custom router bits and custom end mills to meet your requirements. 

Our router bits include straight flute, spiral upcut, spiral downcut, compression, O flute, V flute, and rougher designs.   Although not currently on our website, we can offer carbide tipped and carbide insert router bits. We offer router bits specifically designed for hard woods, soft woods, composite woods, MDF composite woods, laminated wood, plywood, soft plastic, hard plastic, composite plastics, solid surface, and foams.

Our metal working tools are offered in various styles including square endmills, ballnose endmills, 2 flute or multiflute designs, roughers or finishers, coated and uncoated.  Ball end mills, end mill cutters, roughing end mill, corner radius end mills, and custom end mills are available as carbide end mills, cobalt end mills, or high speed steel end mills.

We can sharpen all your cutting tools utilizing our CNC grinders and manual tool grinders.   This includes Ekstrom-Carlson tools and tools by other manufacturers.
